Due to Dave’s 100% commitment attitude he asks for the same commitment from his clients. This is because Dave understands the financial investment required to work with him, and will not accept payment unless he feels he can assist you in achieving serious results.
For that reason there is a list of prerequisites before Dave will talk to you about training and they are as follows:
- Set firm goals and commit to them 100%
- Maintain a positive attitude towards training and put forth 100% effort
- Be willing to take part in a stretching program and mind/body relaxation program of Dave’s design on a daily basis.
- Willing to alter your diet for a minimum of 30 days including the elimination of stimulants, sugar, processed food, alcohol, wheat and possibly certain dairy foods.
- Willing to train a minimum of once a week with Dave for a period of 6 weeks.
- Willing to agree follow an independent training programme of Dave’s design for a minimum of 3 times per week.
- Follow the advice that is provided in every detail without deviation.
- Schedule appointment times and stick to them on a weekly basis
Now these are not here to scare you, they are there just to let you know just how dedicated Dave is to getting the best out of people. Dave is in the business of coaching people and for that results and people must be the best, he feels anything less would be a waste of everyone’s time, money and energy and he is not in the business of ripping people off.
