As an independent Personal Trainer, I pride myself on the high quality of service I provide my clients. Every single client will be treated as an individual with their own needs and goals, and as such each client requires specific programming and support.
Each client will be taken through a high level of assessments and will be provided with the relevant nutritional information, exercise routines and support. This way I can ensure that the client receives the highest levels of service possible.
Personal Training:
Your initial consultation is free.
Personal Training services are between £40-45 per hour for individual sessions, depending on which level of service; yet if you buy block bookings you can bring the prices down by just showing up for your session.
There is a minimum of 6 weeks for your initial block, which will cost between £240.00 - £810 depending on where we do it and the number of sessions you want per week. This includes all of your assessments and programmes. After the first six weeks, you can buy in blocks of four, at the cost of £160.00 - £540 per block.
Ok Dave so where’s the discount?
Well when you decide to purchase a block session (irrespective of no of sessions or area) we’ll give you back £5 for every session you show up for, so if you buy 6 sessions @ 1x per week at the £40 level that would be £240 up front yet if you show up for all the sessions you can get a £30 total discount. If you miss the session or don’t cancel the session within 24 hours the money is kept so hey call it my little incentive to get you to train and your loyalty being rewarded.
30 day ‘Fat Losers’ challenge (minimum of 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks) - Coming October 2009:
